Refund policy

At Ormée, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items under the conditions set out below.

Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to notify us of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Belgian law.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the returned item must be in its original condition. It must show no signs of damage, wear or alteration and must be returned complete, preferably in its original packaging, together with all accessories, instructions and original labels.

If the value of the product has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we reserve the right to apply an appropriate deduction to the refund or, where the product is no longer suitable for resale, to refuse the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with Article VI.53(5) of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • breast pumps;

  • breast shields;

  • nipple protectors;

  • breast milk storage bags;

  • milk collection bottles;

  • baby bottles;

  • bottle teats;

  • pacifiers; and

  • any accessories that come into direct contact with the skin or breast milk.

If any of these products have been unsealed or their protective packaging has been removed, the right of withdrawal is permanently forfeited, except in the case of a proven technical defect covered by the statutory legal guarantee.

For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Costs

The direct cost of returning the goods is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customers are free to choose their preferred shipping carrier and remain responsible for the shipment and tracking of the return parcel. We strongly recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a full or partial refund, depending on the condition of the returned product.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase within a maximum of 14 calendar days. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received.

Please send an email to info@ormee.be stating your order number and the reason for the return.

Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours with the next steps for returning your item.
