Shipping & Returns

At Ormée, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth and worry-free as possible. Below you will find all the practical information regarding the shipment of your order and our return policy.

1. Shipping Information

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver orders exclusively to the following countries: Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany.

Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are generally dispatched within 3 business days after your order has been confirmed.

Estimated delivery times range from 1 to 7 business days, depending on the carrier.

Ormée cannot be held responsible for delays occurring once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

In any event, delivery will not exceed the maximum legal period of 30 days.

Shipping Terms

Products will be delivered to the shipping address provided when placing your order.

The total amount of your order, including preparation and shipping costs, is clearly displayed on the order summary page before you confirm your purchase.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)

In accordance with Belgian law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason.

This period begins on the day after you, or a person designated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

How to Notify Us

Before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, you must clearly inform us of your decision by one of the following methods:

3. Return Conditions and Procedure

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a full refund, returned products must be in their original condition, showing no signs of damage, wear or alteration.

Items must be returned complete, preferably in their original packaging, together with all accessories, instructions and original labels.

If the value of the product has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, an appropriate deduction may be applied.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is no longer suitable for resale.

Return Shipping Costs

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne exclusively by the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service.

Ormée accepts no responsibility for parcels lost or stolen during return transport.

4. Important Exceptions (Hygiene and Health Protection)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • breast pumps;

  • breast shields;

  • nipple protectors;

  • breast milk storage bags;

  • milk collection bottles;

  • baby bottles;

  • bottle teats;

  • pacifiers;

  • any accessories that come into direct contact with the skin or breast milk.

If any of these products have been unsealed or their protective packaging has been removed, the right of withdrawal is permanently lost in the event of a simple change of mind.

The only exception is where the product has an original manufacturing or technical defect. In such cases, please contact us at info@ormee.be within 2 months of discovering the defect.

5. Refund Policy

Once we have received the returned product and confirmed that it has not been damaged, we will refund all payments received, including the original standard delivery costs.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.
